개인 정보 활용 방법

We use personal information solely for the following purposes:

• To schedule and deliver behavioral or educational services

• To respond to inquiries and provide requested information

• To coordinate care with your consented team (e.g., schools, therapists, or physicians)

• To send invoices, receipts, or relevant updates

• To maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards

Specifically for our CEU and workshop services, we use your data to provide course access, track attendance and completions, issue certificates, report to accrediting/licensing bodies when required, and send relevant service communications (such as reminders or updates).

If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases when processing your personal information:

• Contract: processing is necessary to provide you with the services you requested.

• Legal obligation: processing is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

• Legitimate interests: processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (such as improving our services and preventing fraud), provided this does not override your rights.

• Consent: processing where we have obtained your consent (for example for optional cookies or marketing).

You may withdraw consent at any time; however withdrawal will not affect processing based on other lawful bases.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.”

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet accreditor or licensing board requirements, or as required by law. For example, we retain course enrollment records, attendance logs, certificate records, and evaluation results for at least 7 years after completion. Live session recordings are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Payment transaction records are kept for the period required by tax or audit obligations.
