Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Meaningful Metrics operates as a private-pay practice. This allows us to design flexible, individualized supports without the restrictions of insurance billing codes. We are happy to provide itemized documentation for families seeking reimbursement for out-of-network providers or using self-directed budgets by working directly with the client.

Service costs range from $90 to $275 an hour depending on the provider, service and service type.

How do we get started?
You can request a free 30 minute consultation by clicking here. During our initial call, we will discuss your family’s goals, current needs, and service options. From there, we create a plan that fits your needs and schedule.

What ages do you serve?
We serve children, adolescents and adults. Depending on the service type, we also offer support for young adults during transition planning and vocational readiness.​

Do you work directly with schools?
Yes! We collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and administrators to ensure that school supports align with your child’s plan.

Can you attend IEP, 504, and collaborative meetings with schools?
Yes! Our consultants can attend meetings in person or virtually to provide advocacy, clarify goals, and help ensure your child’s strengths and needs are clearly represented.

Do you offer parent training or coaching?
Absolutely. Parent and caregiver coaching is one of our most requested services. We teach practical strategies that fit your family’s routines and promote long-term success.

What does guardianship paperwork assistance include?
Depending on your individual needs, assistance may include:

• Helping you locate publicly available guardianship forms and instructions

• Helping you complete forms using the information you provide

• Typing and organizing information for your paperwork

• Reviewing paperwork with you to identify blank or incomplete sections

• Creating a checklist of paperwork and supporting documents

• Helping organize records and other supporting documentation

• Helping you keep track of documents that still need to be obtained

• Helping locate potential doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other professionals when evaluations or documentation are needed

• Helping search for providers who may accept your insurance

• Helping organize information and questions before you contact healthcare providers

• Providing one-on-one administrative support while you work through the paperwork

• Helping organize your completed materials for submission

*If you plan to use insurance, the provider will need to accept your insurance plan. Please keep in mind that finding a psychiatrist who accepts Medicaid may sometimes be more difficult because not all psychiatrists participate with Medicaid.
 

Do you provide legal services or legal advice?
No. Our services are limited to administrative and paperwork assistance. We are not attorneys or a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. We work collaboratively with legal teams regularly. 

Can you tell me which type of guardianship I should pursue?
No. We cannot determine which type of guardianship or legal proceeding is appropriate for your situation. Questions about legal options should be directed to a licensed attorney or the appropriate court.

Can you tell me which legal forms I should file?
No. We can assist you with locating publicly available forms and instructions and help you complete paperwork using the information you provide. We do not determine which legal forms you should file or interpret legal requirements.
What if I have a legal question?

If a question falls outside the scope of our administrative services, we will recommend that you contact a licensed attorney, the appropriate court, or another qualified legal resource.

Will you represent me in court?
We do work collaboratively with legal teams and can provide subject matter expertise support in testimony as appropriate. We do not represent individuals in court, speak on your behalf as an attorney, or provide legal representation.

Can you help me find a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist?
Yes, if we do not offer the evaluation needed or it is outside our scope of practice, we can assist you with searching for potential doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other appropriate professionals.
